Writers themselves have always known that there are therapeutic benefits to be derived from the process of writing … Creative writing is now generally recognised by many mental health professionals as an important and valuable component in a therapeutic plan …

(Writing Well: Philips. Linington and Penman, 1999)

Creative Writing can be rewarding for anyone, including those with little previous experience, and can be particularly useful in improving and maintaining mental health.

I specialise in bringing Creative Writing to a number of different groups, with a focus on writing for wellbeing.
