NOTTINGHAM OPEN POETRY COMPETITION ADJUDICATION

NEW MECHANICS, 3 NORTH SHERWOOD STREET, NOTTINGHAM

Saturday 22 October 2016: 2.45pm

I will be standing in for adjudicator Liz Berry, to deliver her public adjudication of the Nottingham Open Poetry Competition. The Competition attracts entries from all over the country and the event is a great opportunity to hear what an adjudicator looks for when selecting winning poems. All the poems will be read alongside judge's comments. Afterwards a buffet will be served and there will be opportunity to talk to the winners and to learn more about Nottingham Poetry Society, who administer the competition. All welcome.
